Our service
For Samples Cost Before Order
Due to the increase of sample request, Shanghai Thornton Safety Solutions Corporation has been forced to somewhat restrict the supply of free samples. We understand there is a need to view and use some products prior to purchasing and will do the best we can to supply samples with the following conditions:
1. Samples need to be emailed or faxed over with the company name, address, contact name, and phone number. At this time, we are not able to take sample orders over the phone.
2. Products that cost over $4.00 per unit cannot be sent as a sample. You would need to purchase this product.
3. We are unable to send samples by Air shipping. If you have a company UPS or FED-EX number we can send the sample by Air using your account number.
4. Not all the products on the website have samples available immediately. We will inform factories to make the sample, but it usually cost 2-5 days to supply you.
5. If you have spacial sample that excludes our regular. if we can supply you, please send us to our office, we will inform factories to make sample for develop new products.
Quality Control
1. For Goods In Production
Before sign the contract between us, we should confirm the samples and seal it between you and us, we will organization the production according to confirmed sample.
2. For Goods After Production
We ensure the goods after production will be same as confirmed samples, hence not any quality production during our order. You can inspect to our factories to check the goods or we will select goods at random and send you for check the quality. Some products has warranty, hence, we are very strictly to follow the contract that we signed.

3. When is the sales department open for calls?
The sales department is open from 8:30 to 20:30 Monday through Friday for your sales calls. In addition, we generally have someone at the office on Saturday morning and afternoon. If you need immediate attention please just leave a message, or drop us an e-mail. We monitor them throughout the weekend.
4. Can I get discounts for large quantities?
That's a good question. When you place order over $50000 for your second order, we will give you discount 0.5%-2% for your better sales, because you are good, we are good, win to win.

6. How can I do if we do not have import right in our country?
For the new buyer or trying to import goods from China, we can help to caculate the import tax, and we can pay for you in China, hence, you need not pay anything by your side, it is quite convenient for you.
